Brady on his Baptism Day - April 20th, 2008
I came downstairs on Mother's Day morning to my sweet darling son sitting in the kitchen below a counter full of surprises for me! Brady had made me a card and a handprint flower pot at school and of course daddy helped with getting some chocolate and a precious book and card. It was one of the most memorable mornings for me! I just LOVE being a mother!
When I looked down at Brady I could see he was holding something. It was just the cutest thing ever! In his tiny hands, there was a gift card to my favorite store - JCrew. He must have had a hint from daddy.
At first he didn't want to give it up! He was having fun holding it and putting the card in his mouth of course!
Brady is such a sweetheart...him and daddy picked some lilacs from our backyard for me! That was the first time he had ever smelled flowers and he seemed to be very interested in it!
I just love being a mom!
I had some help from Brady and Wrigley when it came to opening my present!
Myself and my two partners took our staff on a Disney Cruise the first week in May and we had a blast.  It was our Christmas gift to them!  It was also the first time Bryan and I were away from our son.  We had a wonderful time despite missing our little guy!  One day when he is a little bit older we are going to bring him on a Disney cruise and to Disney World.  We just can't wait to take him!
Neither of us had ever been on a cruise before and we both absolutely loved it!  This is us all dressed up for a fancy dinner on the top deck!  We stopped at the Bahamas for a day and also to Disney's private island - Castaway Cay for a day!
On a beautiful day in April we took Brady to the park for the very first time!  We had a picnic, relaxed on a blanket and played with Brady and even took him on the swings!  It was a day I will always remember!

On April 20th, Brady was baptised!  It was a very memorable day!  We had all of his grandparents, aunts and uncles here and even great grandma and grandpa Bradshaw drove in for the special weekend!

Grandma and Grandpa Delmore, Uncle J.P, and Aunt Lauren
Grandma Lorrie, Grandpa Dave, Uncle Chad, Aunt Rachel and Cousin Vance

Look how many people love Brady so much that they came to celebrate this special day with us!  We had so many family and friends here it was amazing!
Brady is helping daddy build his jumparoo!

He just loves jumping around in his jumparoo!  He giggles and laughs and just thinks it is the best thing ever!
At around 4 1/2 months old, we starting Brady on some baby food and cereal.  At first he didn't like it at all!  But we were consistent and within a few days he was eating his oatmeal like a champ!  So far he has had applesauce, sweet potatoes, carrots, bananas, pears and peas and loves all of them!  Right now he is eating breakfast and dinner - 2 meals a day along with 4 bottles.

Along with trying solid food for the first time we introduced the sippy cup and bryan and I were very surprised at how well he did with it!  This skill is definitely going to take some time, but so far Brady is doing great with it!
