Merry Christmas 2008

These pictures below are some we took on Christmas Eve at home.

Brady loved pointing to Santa on his stocking!

Below is our Christmas celebration with Grandma Lorrie and Grandpa Dave!

The pictures below are of our Christmas celebration with Great Grandma Mary and Great Grandpa Paul.

The pictures below are from Christmas Eve at Rachel and Chad's house.  We had a great night with the boys!
Admiring the presents and pretty lights!
Vance loves to give Brady hugs!
Look at Brady smiling perfectly for the picture!  What a handsome little guy!

Brady got a soccer ball from Vance!  He was so excited!  "Ball" was Brady's second word and he started saying it that night for the first time!  I can't believe our son is talking!  His first word was "bye bye", which he started saying the week before Christmas.  He also can say "mama" and  "dada"!!

The boys with their boys!  How cute!

Bryan cuddling with the little guys!
Vance got one of his favorite books for Brady: The Hungry Caterpillar.  It has now become a favorite around here!
Brady got Vance some rain boots for the spring, but maybe he can try them out in the snow too!

The pictures below are of our Christmas celebration, just the three of us at home.
This was our first Christmas celebrating just the three of us on Christmas morning in our own home!  What a great time we had together!

We got Brady an activity table for Christmas.  Brady just loves to stand and play so it is perfect for him.  One day when he is bigger we can turn it into a train table!  Right now it is covered in blocks, cars, puzzles etc.  He just loves it!
Less than a minute passed and he immediately got his tiny car and drove it around on his new table.

He saw the table first thing when he came downstairs Christmas morning!  The smile on his face was beautiful and we could tell he was really excited about it!
Those Junior Mints were in Bryan's stocking, but Brady thought they were his and just loved shaking those boxes!

'Santa' got Brady some alphabet letters for the fridge and the leap frog toy actually says the letters outloud and the sounds the letters make.  Brady is already repeating it when it says ' B says ba'.  it is never too early to start learning the A, B, C's!
As you can see in this picture above, Brady has some red scratches on his face...he took a pretty bad fall Christmas morning about half way through our present opening.  it didn't phase him one bit once we got back in the action of all his new things!

These pictures below are from our wonderful trip to Hudson for Christmas!
Christmas Day in the car on our way to grandma and grandpa's house.  We thought he would fall asleep right away in the car after opening presents at home, but he was so excited that he didn't fall asleep right away.
Opening presents!  Brady really got the hang of ripping off that wrapping paper, especially since he got so much practice during his birthday party a couple weeks before!

Brady trying out the new Wii Fit!
Bryan finally bowled a 300... he was so proud of himself, he made Lauren take a picture of the score!
Grandpa and Brady just love to play together!

Brady learned how to eat from a spoon during his Christmas vacation.

Bryan took this picture of Brady late one night before bed a couple nights before Christmas.  Brady looks so peaceful as he sits near the tree.
